Crescendo Solutions is me, Wendy Gregory. I have over 20 years of government, nonprofit, and financial services experience in a broad range of entities. Small businesses hire me to act as their part-time, “business manager and virtual assistant.” I live in Tulsa, OK with my daughter, mother, and three rescue dogs.

Where there’s a will there’s a way
Here’s my story:
I’m a native Oklahoman who learned hard work and attention to detail at an early age. Music, community service, and 4-H all helped shape my character. I attended the University of Tulsa on scholarship, first majoring in Music and later finishing with a major in Political Science. I packed up the car the day before graduation and drove to D.C. the day after graduation!
Carpe Diem
After nine years working on Capitol Hill and nonprofits, I moved home for family, and gave birth to my daughter. I started a second career in finance, achieving a Series 7, Series 66, and state life and health insurance license. I volunteer in my community, focusing on music and animal rescue organizations.
Launching
I started Crescendo Solutions LLC to help small business owners with all of the things I’ve seen them struggle with – administrative duties, research, writing, and keeping the cogs moving day-to-day. Not everyone loves detail, systematizing processes, writing, proofreading, research, keeping financial records, managing calendars and inboxes, and keeping track of files. I enjoy that, and am curious and love to learn! I make it my goal to bring peace to my client’s lives as they start working on their business, not in their business.
